Opening Mirrage Setup on macOS

Mirrage Setup isn’t from the Mac App Store, so macOS asks you to confirm it once.

  1. Open Mirrage Setup.dmg and drag Mirrage Setup into Applications.

  2. Open Mirrage Setup from Applications. macOS says it can’t check it for malicious software. Click Done - this is expected for apps sold outside the App Store.

  3. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security and scroll down to the Security section. Next to “Mirrage Setup” was blocked, click Open Anyway.

  4. Confirm with Open Anyway again and enter your Mac password if asked.

From now on it opens like any other app.
