Mirrage Setup errors
“Your computer can’t see iPhones yet”
Section titled ““Your computer can’t see iPhones yet””- Windows: install Apple Devices or iTunes from the Microsoft Store, then reopen Setup.
- Linux: install
usbmuxd- see Linux - then unplug and replug your iPhone. - macOS: restart your Mac.
Stuck on “Looking for your iPhone…”
Section titled “Stuck on “Looking for your iPhone…””Try another cable or USB port - some cables only charge. Unlock the phone.
“Tap Trust on your iPhone”
Section titled ““Tap Trust on your iPhone””Unlock your iPhone. When Trust This Computer? appears, tap Trust and enter your passcode. If you tapped Don’t Trust by mistake, unplug and plug back in to be asked again.
“Couldn’t check your key right now”
Section titled ““Couldn’t check your key right now””Setup couldn’t reach Mirrage’s servers. You can carry on - Mirrage checks the key again when it first opens on your phone.
“We couldn’t find that licence key”
Section titled ““We couldn’t find that licence key””Check it against your receipt email, or open your dashboard.
“Couldn’t pair with your iPhone”
Section titled ““Couldn’t pair with your iPhone””Unlock the phone, keep it plugged in, and press Try again. If it keeps failing, unplug, restart the iPhone, and start over.
“Mirrage wasn’t on your iPhone”
Section titled ““Mirrage wasn’t on your iPhone””Setup saved the pairing file to your Desktop instead. Install Mirrage, then in the app open Settings → Connection → Replace setup file and pick that file - or simply run Setup again.
